Pelvic floor training, recovery, stable core

For anyone who wants to (re)strengthen their pelvic floor and core:

  • for recovery after pregnancy
  • for incipient or existing pelvic floor weakness


As we get older and through pregnancy, the pelvic floor and the center of your body lose stability and strength. 
This can manifest itself in a feeling of downward pressure, in forms of incontinence, in a bulging lower abdomen and even lower back pain, and you may no longer be able to jog well or notice a “weakness” during other activities. 
But it may also be that you don't feel any discomfort, but still want to do something good for your body. 

The pelvic floor consists of three muscle layers and in this training we learn to target and consciously train these muscles. The transverse lower abdominal muscle is responsible for an upright posture in the lower back and is closely connected to the pelvic floor muscles and is  trained intensively. We also involve the whole body and strengthen other muscle groups.

What is it all about?

  • Activation and relaxation of the pelvic floor. 
  • Lower and deep torso muscles that are responsible for a strong core and good posture and are also closely connected to the pelvic floor muscles.
  • Targeted regression (also known as rectus diastasis).
  • Full body training.
  • Transfer to everyday life.
